UtilDeco Group SRL

UtilDeco Group SRL is a social enterprise for inclusion in Romania, dedicated to the employment of young people with disabilities and vulnerable people. The company offers various services, from archiving, tailoring and printing, to the specialty coffee roasting OPYA.

Over 150 jobs have been created within the company, with a focus on the inclusion of vulnerable people. Profits are reinvested in social, educational and counseling services, such as JobDirect (recruitment and placement) and Clubul Tinerilor (day center for young people with disabilities), supporting their socio-professional integration.

1) Test Before Invest

  • Testing, validation and prototyping of a monitoring and location system through BLE Beacons;
  • Digital maturity assessment – ​​Digital maturity report;
  • Digital feasibility study (SFD) – short TRL report for eligibility (TRL 6–8) + detailed TRL report prepared by an academic expert;
  • Technological workshops for circularity, sustainability and identification of suitable solutions;
  • Technological requirements and needs analysis for the development of a technological process tracking system;
  • Technological demonstration workshops;
  • Access to TUIASI infrastructure for testing/validation/prototyping;
  • Full DTE: integration / testing of the BLE Beacon system;
  • Other technical sessions: scenario definition & business exploration (Visioning), PMF services.

 

2) Innovation Ecosystem

  • Facilitating partnership development, matchmaking and exposure to national/international events;
  • Gateway profile and partner identification for the VInnovate 2024 Call;
  • Pitch during international matchmaking sessions;
  • Exhibition in the WIN-WINNOVATION book.

 

3) Access to Finance

  • Business model innovation – project potential assessment (technology + circular economy);
  • VInnovate 2024 pre-registration form (Fit-Form);
  • Support for accessing non-reimbursable funding (including Grant Readiness – business plan).
