PALIBO CREME SRL

PALIBO is a network of confectioneries and patisseries in Iași, offering cakes, cookies and pastries made daily with carefully selected and natural ingredients, aiming for authentic taste and superior quality.
The brand has grown rapidly since its beginnings, with several units opened in the city (currently operating with eight confectioneries in Iași) and its own production laboratory, ensuring easy access to fresh products and delivery services.
PALIBO addresses both requests for special occasions (birthday cakes, events, gifts) and simple moments of pampering: from classic products to options adapted to dietary preferences (sugar-free, lactose-free, etc.)

1) Innovation Ecosystem

  • Matchmaking for exploring suppliers in the ecosystem;
  • Gateway Profile and partner identification activities for the VInnovate 2024 Call (international matchmaking).

 

2) Test Before Invest

  • Digital Maturity Report (Digital Maturity Evaluation);
  • Technological workshops for understanding digital concepts applied to the food industry (robotics, automation, cybersecurity, etc.);
  • Workshop defining experiments for Proof of Concept – support for technological leaps;
  • Detailed technological maturity assessment (TRL), carried out by an academic expert – support for R&D calls;
  • Access to infrastructure and expertise: physico-chemical nutritional analysis of bakery products for nutritional optimization.

 

3) Access to Finance

  • Grant Readiness – support for answering clarifications;
  • Grant Readiness – completing the pre-registration form (Fit-Form) for the VInnovate 2024 Call.
