The workshop was moderated by Loredana Mihăilă, Vice President of FICSIMM and OFA – the Organization of Women Entrepreneurs, and was organized in partnership with PACR (the Association of Accounting Entrepreneurs in Romania), BCR, and Digital Innovation Zone.

Workshop Highlights

The workshop focused on essential topics for entrepreneurs and SMEs in today’s fiscal and financial landscape, addressing questions such as:

  • How the new fiscal measures for 2026 will be implemented in practice;
  • How companies can properly prepare to access funding, loans, or support instruments;
  • How research, innovation, and digital transformation can become competitive advantages for businesses.

Through case studies, simulations, and practical presentations, participants received clear and actionable insights to support the fiscal and strategic planning of their companies for the coming year.
