NIFTY LEARNING

NIFTY LEARNING is a company from Iași, founded in 2017, that develops customized software solutions, having as its main product the Nifty Learning platform, an intelligent system that integrates and automates the processes of Learning & Development teams. The platform eliminates the administrative work done in multiple disparate tools (LMS, ERP, Excel, email, calendars, etc.) and provides a unified infrastructure for organizing and managing training programs, so that L&D teams can make better decisions, optimize learning ROI and directly contribute to the professional development of employees.

1) Innovation Ecosystem

  • Support for partnership development: exposure to events and opportunity identification:
    • stand at the Digital Innovation Zone 3.0 Conference – Where Business Meets Innovation;
    • pitch at the international matchmaking session.

 

2) Test Before Invest

  • Digital Maturity Evaluation Report;
  • Workshop to define the experiments necessary to achieve a Proof of Concept (technological leap);
  • Technical expertise report – technological and innovation feasibility, initial level assessment and system target identification.

 

3) Access to Finance

  • Grant Readiness Workshop – mentoring, consulting and guidelines for RDI criteria & innovation;
  • Support for accessing non-reimbursable funding for innovation.

 

4) Digital culture and skills

  • Five “Participant Portal” course modules;
  • Agile Leadership Program – ICP-PDV certification (Digital Innovation Training School).
